What we collect

About your location

Most shops let you join the line from wherever you are. Some turn on an on-site-only rule, and only those shops ask your phone for its position — sent once, to answer a single yes-or-no question: are you within the shop's radius? We compare it and throw it away. Your coordinates are not written to your record, not kept in a log of where you were, and never shown to the shop — the shop sees only that you were close enough to get in line. Decline the prompt at one of those shops and you simply can't join from your phone; ask at the counter instead. At every other shop you are never asked for your location at all.

How your number is used

Who can see what

If you ask us for early access

The early-access form on our home page sends what you typed into it, and a few things the page already knew: the figures you put into the wait-cost calculator (walk-aways a week, your average ticket, and the yearly total it worked out), whether you were looking at monthly or yearly pricing, and the site that referred you — never the page you came from on that site, and never anything about you personally. We use them so the first conversation starts from your numbers instead of from nothing. Nothing is recorded unless you choose to submit the form, and the page sets no cookie and gives you no identifier.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Canadian-region providers (Toronto). A tamper-evident audit ledger records consent events and message sends so opt-outs are provable.

What we never do

Your rights

Email us to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Customers can also ask the shop they lined up at, and we'll action it on their behalf.
