They open the door, see six people waiting, and leave.
BarberConnekt puts your walk-in line on their phone. One QR by the door — they scan, pick their barber, see the real wait, and get a text when they're next. Your barbers work the list from their own phones. Nobody has to ask "how long?", and nobody has to guess the answer.

The walk-away
Put your own numbers in.
We're not going to quote you an industry statistic about your shop. You know roughly how many people look at the wait and turn around. Here's what that's worth in a year.
$
$5,4603 turned-around walk-ins a week × $35 × 52 weeksAnd that's only the cut they didn't get. It doesn't count the ones who would have come back every three weeks for the next four years — those are the expensive ones, and they're the hardest to notice leaving.
How it works
One code by the door. The whole line runs itself.
1
Print one cardAdd your barbers, print the card, stick it by the door or on the mirror. That's the setup.
2
They scan & pick a chairEvery barber shows their real wait — "~30 min · 1 waiting", "Free now", or "Off today". Or they tap First available and go to whoever's soonest.
3
They wait wherever they wantThey get a live link showing their place in line, and a text the moment they're next. Grab a coffee, sit in the car — the chair doesn't go cold.
4
Your barber works the listStart, Call them in, No-show, Done — four taps on their own phone. The next person is texted automatically the second a chair frees up.
See it work
Every screen here is the real product.
Nothing is mocked up for the camera — both phones are the live pages, and every text you see was sent by the system while we were filming.
The walk-in
Scan → in line → texted when they're next
A customer scans the card, picks a barber, joins the line, and watches their spot move. The barber taps Start and the next person's phone buzzes on its own.
Setup
Set your shop up by answering questions
Who's on the floor, what you cut, where the shop is, how you want your texts to sound. It writes them, you approve each one, and you're open.
Three people, three screens
Everyone sees exactly what they need. Nothing more.
📱
The customer
Their ticket, live
› Ticket number, place in line, and the wait as it actually moves
› A text when they're next, and another when the chair is ready
› Leave the line in two taps if plans change
✂️
The barber
The list, on their phone
› Who's in the chair, with a timer against their own estimate
› Everyone waiting — service, minutes waited, tap-to-call number
› Start · Call in · No-show · Done. A private link per chair, so nobody touches anyone else's line
🖥️
The room
The lobby screen
› An old tablet on the wall showing the whole board
› Ticket numbers and first names only — never a surname or a phone number
› Answers "where am I?" for the people who won't give you a number
A deliberate limit
The line is a place you stand in.
📍
You can only join it at the shop.
Booking from the couch sounds like a feature until you run it. Someone claims a spot from home, the barber holds the chair, and either they turn up late or the people who actually walked in get pushed back. So we don't allow it. The phone has to be at the shop to join the line — checked on our side, not just in the browser, so a stale page can't sneak past it.
Away from the shop, the page says so plainly, tells them how far out they are, and invites them to come by. Walk-ins stay walk-ins. Your regulars keep their advantage: they turn up.
Pricing
One price for the shop. Not per chair.

Chair
$59/mo
per shop · every barber included
✓ Your QR card, booking page and live queue
✓ Unlimited barbers, each with their own chair app
✓ Your own local text number
✓ "You're next" and "your chair is ready" texts, automatic
Every plan includes your shop's own local text number — that's how the "you're next" message reaches people, so it isn't something we'd hold back. Prices in CAD.
Built responsibly
Your customers' numbers are not a mailing list.
🇨🇦 Canadian data residencyYour customer data lives in Canada (Toronto region), on infrastructure you can point to.
Queue texts are transactional"You're next" is service, not marketing. Anything promotional needs a separate opt-in and carries STOP — every send hashed to an audit ledger.
Three levels of accessThe public board shows counts. The lobby screen adds first names. Only a barber's private link shows a phone number — and only for their own chair.
