Four short videos, and you're running.

Watch them in order on your first day. Together they're about four and a half minutes. Every screen in them is the real product — nothing is mocked up, and every text you see was sent by the system while we were filming.

Set your shop up

Do this one first, with ten minutes and a card. You'll be open at the end of it.

  • All three plans are priced per shop, not per chair
  • The login is yours — barbers never need it
  • Ends with your shop code, counter screen and a link per chair

Give each barber their link

Copy each link out of your portal and text it to that barber — one barber, one link, never the group chat.

  • No password and nothing to download
  • It opens their chair and nobody else's
  • On iPhone, alerts only work once it's on the home screen

Working your line

Send this one to your barbers. It's the four taps that move the line, and nothing else.

  • Start begins your cut and texts the next person — you type nothing
  • The timer runs against your own estimate, not a stopwatch
  • Nothing is one-way: Back to line undoes a mis-tap

What your customer does

Watch it once so you can answer it at the counter without guessing.

  • They pick a barber, a service, a name and a mobile
  • The wait they see is the real one, chair by chair
  • No phone at all? A ticket number, and the wall screen calls it

Put your live wait on your own website

People checking "is it busy?" before they set off is exactly the moment you want to catch. One line of code shows your live wait on your own site — it updates itself, and it works on Wix, Squarespace, WordPress or a plain HTML page.

  • Sign in to your portal → Shop setup → Your website
  • Press Copy the line and paste it into your site where you want the wait to appear
  • Not the one who looks after your site? Send them that line — it's all they need
  • If your site blocks scripts, the same panel gives you an iframe instead

It shows the shop name, each barber's first name and their real wait — never a customer's name, ticket number or phone. Included on every plan.

Your portal fills in your own details.
Want them on your phone? Each video has a download link — save them to your Files and they'll play with no signal, which is useful on a shop floor with thick walls. The captions are captioned, so they work with the sound off too.
